Privacy policy

1. What we collect

When you register, we collect:

• Account: name, email and a hashed password.
• Usage: API call logs, endpoint, time, response code and IP address.
• Payments: billing status and a payment reference. Card details are handled by Cashfree. We do not store card numbers.
• Messages: email and the contact form, including support notes you send us.

2. How we use it

• To run the API and the dashboard
• To send account notices and invoices
• To apply plan limits and block abuse
• To fix faults in the service
• To answer support and billing mail

3. Who else sees it

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only:

• With Cashfree, to take payment
• With the email provider that sends transactional mail
• When the law requires it

4. API logs

Request logs are used for billing, rate limits, debugging and security. They are kept for 90 days.

5. Cookies

The dashboard uses essential cookies for the signed-in session. We do not use advertising cookies. Blocking cookies can stop the dashboard from staying signed in.

6. Security

Traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Access to production systems is limited. No system is perfectly secure. Keep your API key private.

7. How long we keep it

Account data stays while the account is open. After you ask for deletion, we may keep anonymised usage for operations. API logs are deleted after 90 days. Payment references are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

8. Your rights

• Ask what personal data we hold
• Ask us to correct it
• Ask us to delete the account
• Ask for an export of usage tied to the account

9. Children

CricketLineAPI is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes are emailed to registered users. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
